1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the PayFlow application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
PayFlow is a cashback and loyalty rewards platform that connects customers with local shops. Customers earn FlowCash rewards on purchases, which can be redeemed at participating shops.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Cashback Rewards (FlowCash)
- FlowCash is a virtual reward currency with no cash value outside the PayFlow platform.
- Rewards are credited only after a shopkeeper approves a submitted bill.
- PayFlow reserves the right to adjust, cancel, or expire FlowCash balances at its discretion.
- FlowCash cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.
6. Shop Owners (Clients)
- Shops must be approved by PayFlow administrators before going live.
- Subscription plans govern the features available to each shop.
- Shop owners are responsible for accurately approving or rejecting customer bills.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, duplicate, or fraudulent bills.
- Attempt to manipulate or exploit the rewards system.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App’s operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAYFLOW AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF FLOWCASH BALANCES, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.
9. Termination
PayFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
